New enterprise users needed a clearer path from account access to completing their first industrial audit plan.

THE WORK

Mapped the end-to-end onboarding journey and documented more than 15 product issues and friction points.

DELIVERY

Designed eight guided task workflows, wrote 19 knowledge-base articles and translated feature designs into 50+ Jira-ready specifications with acceptance and QA criteria.

RESULT

An AI support assistant built on the knowledge base resolved more than 90% of early client questions without human support.

Automated BOM synchronisation between BMT and ERP

I wrote the first change proposal: automate the transfer of bill-of-materials data between BMT and ERP to remove manual re-entry and reduce the risk of inconsistent records.

RESPONSIBLE AI RESEARCH

Planning before proposing.

For an individual fieldwork plan on AI-assisted wellbeing in schools, I designed a mixed-method investigation using classroom observation, cultural probes and semi-structured interviews.

The plan explicitly addressed informed consent, student vulnerability, privacy, inclusion, power imbalance and observer effects before any technology recommendation.

I hold a Master of Information Systems from the University of Melbourne and a bachelor's degree in Radio and Television from National Chengchi University.

That combination shapes how I work: understand the human context, find the structure beneath a problem, and communicate the next step clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
